The Spacing tab can be used to set outer (margin) and inner (padding) spacing. You can change the values by dragging the handlers. Drag outwards to increase outer spacing. For the inner spacing, drag the handlers inwards.
You can also manually enter a spacing value by clicking one of the controls.
The spacing visualizer in the Artboard highlights the currently applied spacing.
